New River Community College presents a GenCyber - Cyber Security Day Camp for Boys at the New River Community College's New River Valley Mall site starting on Monday, June 25, 2018 through Friday, June 29, 2018 meeting from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm daily. The GenCyber Day Camp will teach middle school through high school males four exciting cyber rotations and each topic will be instructed by a professional within the Information Technology field. Topics Covered include: - Cyber Graphics - Cyber Detective Activities - Robotics - 3D Printing / Drones The camp will end with a one-hour session open to family and friends to see the projects completed during camp. The camp is free however registration is required. Campers will receive free daily lunches, a t-shirt, USB, 3D prints and a Parrot Mambo Drone at the conclusion of the camp. All at no cost. The camps are made possible through a grant from the National Security Agency and National Science Foundation.
