Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. New River Valley presents a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, March 22, 2018. Join us for food and festivities! Youth Advocate Programs has been providing community-based programming and supports to youth and families in Virginia since 2009. Starting with our first program in the Roanoke Valley, and expanding into the New River Valley in 2017, we currently provide a number of services, including Juvenile Justice Services, Intensive In-Home Counseling, Individual Counseling and Strengthening Families.
