The Radford Theatre and HazelBea Catering present the Valentines Three Course Dinner and a Movie: Chocolat on Wednesday, February 14, 2018. Schedule: • 6:00 pm: Mix and Mingle • 6:30 pm: Movie Chocolat and Dinner is Served The Radford Theatre and HazelBea Catering are collaborating to bring you a very special Valentines treat. Enjoy a full sensory experience watching the romance of "Chocolat" while enjoying a three course, gourmet meal with wine pairings that allows you to taste some of the creations happening on screen. Watching food on a movie or a show can be tantalizing, but a sense is always left wanting as the character enjoys something seemingly delicious right in front of your eyes. For this evening, we invite you to participate in the taste, smell, touch and sights of Chocolat enhanced with our cuisine. The evening starts with passed hors d'oeuvres and a complimentary cocktail in the lobby starting at 6:00 pm. At 6:30 pm, Chocolat and dinner is served. Valentine's Menu: • Armande’s Winter Greens Salad: Sundried cherries, hazelnuts, chocolate balsamic dressing • Vianne’s Poblano Chocolate Mole: chilies, fresh herbs, toasted spices, tomatillos, Mexican chocolate • Herb Roasted Turkey, Creamed Hominy • Chocolate Ganache Tart: Cointreau, Raspberries, Chambord Whipped Cream Choclat is a romantic drama released in 2000 and is rated PG-13. Vianne Rocher and her young daughter are drifters who are met with skepticism and resistance when they move to a conservative town in rural France and open a chocolate shop during Lent.
