Description: Preston's at The River Course presents their Valentines Dinner on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 and Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 5:00-9:00 pm.

Treat your special someone to a romantic three course dinner at Preston's at The River Course.

Three Course Dinner Menu:

First Course:
Please choose one of the following:

• Roasted Tomato Bisque With Chevre
• Strawberry Bacon Spinach Salad: feta cheese, toasted almonds and raspberry vinaigrette
• Artisan Cheese Plate, salami, prosciutto, caramelized onion jam, apple butter crostini
• Shrimp and Avocado Ceviche: Fresh citrus, jalapeno, tomato, avocado, cilantro and corn tortilla chips

Second Course:
Please choose one of the following:

• Blackberry Sage Bone-In Pork Chop parmesan whipped potatoes, country style green beans, balsamic blackberry reduction
• Flounder and Crab Newburg: wild rice, sauteed rainbow chard, lump crab, sherry cream sauce
• Prime Rib: parmesan whipped potatoes, country style green beans, horseradish cream and au jus
• Grilled Eggplant Lasagna: smokey tomato marinara, fresh mozzarella, parmesan and fresh basil
• Mussels and Linguini white wine, butter, roasted tomato, fresh herbs, parmesan cheese and garlic toast

Sweets:
Please choose one of the following:

• Flourless Chocolate Torte: raspberry coulis
• Strawberry Glazed Cheesecake
• Brioche Bread Pudding: whiskey vanilla sauce
• Chocolate Cheesecake Brownie: vanilla bean ice cream
