Draper Mercantile and Trading Company presents Sweetheart's Brinner - Three Course Meal on Wednesday, February 14, 2018. Celebrate Valentine's Day with a three course breakfast for dinner event featuring a special Valentine's Day coffee from Open Road Roastery. We will be serving a three course chef's dinner combining the best of both breakfast and dinner cuisine. Menu includes: • Breakfast Charcuterie: A spread of pimento cheese, candied bacon, pickled peaches, grilled sourdough, pickled red onions, and apple butter • Surf and Turf Biscuit: Split biscuit topped with smoked brisket, crispy crab cake, celery and apple slaw, and finished with chipotle aioli • Double Chocolate Espresso Pancakes: A stack of double chocolate espresso pancakes drizzled with salted Carmel sauce, fresh raspberries, and dusted with powdered sugar The cost is $45.00 per couple and gratuity is not included. Seating is a 6:00 pm and prepaid reservations are required by calling 540-994-5659. The Draper Mercantile has re-branded itself as Brunch at the Merc serving only 'Brunch' serving Southern comfort, scratch-made fare for breakfast and lunch with house-roasted, Open Road Roastery coffee.
