Chateau Morrisette presents Wine & Chocolate Pairing Saturday on Saturday, February 10, 2018 with tastings at 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Indulge in five courses of select Chateau Morrisette wines paired with chocolates handcrafted by our culinary team and regional chocolatiers. Our Winemaker Brian Smyth will interpret the pairings with guests. Course interludes of artisanal cheeses and charcuterie will let you discover how a single wine can pair with both sweet and savory tastes. Seatings in the Morrisette Room (above the tasting room) will be on Saturday from 12:00-2:00 pm and 4:00-6:00 pm and on Sunday 2:00-4:00 pm.
