The Blacksburg Library presents a Poetry Reading featuring poets Chelsea Adams and Colleen Redman on Sunday, December 10, 2017. Join us for a poetry reading featuring two prolific local authors, Colleen Redman and B. Chelsea Adams. "Packing a Suitcase for the Afterlife" is a poetry memoir by Colleen Redman, published by Finishing Line Press in 2017. Redman’s poetry has been published nationally, regionally, online and most recently has appeared in Artemis Journal, Floyd County Moonshine, The Front Porch Review and The Poet’s Haven. Her photography, poetry and prose are regularly featured on her blog, http://www.looseleafnotes.com/. B. Chelsea Adams lives in Riner, Virginia. She taught English at Radford University for over 20 years. Finishing Line Press published her poetry chapbook "At Last Light" in 2012. Sow's Ear Press published a chapbook of her poems "Looking for a Landing" in 2000. Admission is free.
