The Blacksburg Parks & Rec Department presents the 2017 Halloween Carnival on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at the Blacksburg Community Center. This annual event is a fun and safe observance of Halloween for preschool and elementary aged trick-or-treaters. There will be carnival games, candy and prizes!
