Sustainable Blacksburg presents the Community Garden Tour, Food Tasting, & Solar Homes Tour as part of the 2017 Blacksburg Sustainability Week on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at the Hale YMCA Community Gardens. There’s a whole lot going on at the Hale YMCA Community Gardens. Come learn about the community gardens, the solar greenhouse, learn about beekeeping, taste some of the fresh food your neighbors have been growing all summer and finish it up with a tour of a nearby solar home! The Hale YMCA Community Garden is located at 215 Maywood Street in Blacksburg, VA.
