A true farm to table experience brought to you by our Friends at Preston's Restaurant located within The Inn at Virginia Tech. Live music will be provided RagTop. Breakfast at the Market Menu: • Tomato, Basil, and Cheddar Quiche (Eggs from Griffin Farms) • Potato Latkes and Chive Sour Cream (Potatoes from Den Hill Permaculture and Shooting Creek Farm) • Sausage Links (Weathertop Farm) • Minted, Lemon Zested and Sugared Seasonal Berries (Bee Berry Farm, Windrush Farm and Greenstar Farm) The breakfast plate is $10.00 at the door.
