The Newport Jamboree presents their June 2017 Jamboree featuring the music of Blue Connection and Smart Mouth on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at the Newport Community Park. Blue Connection is a hard driving traditional style bluegrass band. We formed in mid-winter of 2013. We play traditional standard bluegrass and country songs with a mixture of contemporary country and a some rock thrown in for good measure. An up and coming band with plenty of solid musicianship and beautiful harmonies to captivate patrons for an evening of fun listening.
