Description: The Virginia Tech Alumni Association presents the 4th annual Summer Beer Festival at Virginia Tech on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at the Holtzman Alumni Center Lawn and Terrace.

Schedule:
• 11:00 am: VIP Early Entry
• 12:00-5:00 pm: Regular Beer Festival Hours

Come experience a Saturday beer festival with live entertainment, special guest appearances and over 40 different beers from local, regional, and national breweries.

Relax and join friends in Blacksburg over a frosty tasting, and indulge in favorite foods from local restaurants.

Band Schedule:
• 12:00-2:00 pm: The Kind (Main Stage)
• 2:00-3:00 pm: The Sauerkraut Band (Beer Garden)
• 3:00-5:00 pm: Trainwreck (Main Stage)

This festival is a community event and open to all ages. Must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol.

Regular admittance includes entrance into the festival, 15 (4-oz.) beer tastings and a commemorative glass.

VIP admittance is limited to 200 attendees includes the benefits of regular admittance and an extra hour of tasting plus exclusive access to the VIP Lounge hosted by the Inn at Virginia Tech on the Alumni Terrace. The VIP Lounge offers private-tented seating as well as VIP-only restrooms. Throughout the day, the VIP Lounge will offer three exclusive and unique beer tastings to complement food appetizer bites prepared by the Inn at Virginia Tech.

Regular tickets are $25.00 in advance and $35.00 at the gate. Advance tickets are available until mid-day on Thursday, June 22, 2017. VIP tickets are $60.00 per person.

Free parking for the festival is available in the large commuter lot on West Campus Drive. The main festival entrance is across from this lot.

Well-behaved dogs on a leash are allowed at the festival.
