The Floyd Artisan Trail presents their annual June 2017 Tour starting on Friday, June 9, 2017 through Sunday, June 11, 2017. The Floyd Artisan Trail is an annual three-day event held throughout the beautiful mountains of Floyd County, VA now entering its 7th year. The event features a tour of numerous local artists' galleries and working studios at over 40 sites. Individual site activities will vary, but may include studio tours, sales and exhibit of local fine art, hand-crafted items and farm products, as well as classes, demonstrations, live music, and talks at sites throughout the county. Demonstrations and talks on woodworking, painting, beekeeping, glassworking, blacksmithing, pottery, patchwork quilting, alpaca ownership and even luthier demos are just some of the special events that will take place among the sites.
