Young adult / designated driver admission includes all day non-alcoholic beverages (tea, water, or lemonade, depending on availability), on-site parking, and entertainment.

Mingo Fishtrap is an Austin, TX based band. What started as a casual jam session with friends blossomed over time into an impressive eight-piece ensemble that evoked fond memories of listening to soul music as a kid.

Texas Music Magazine calls Mingo Fishtrap 'the space where melodic pop meets gritty Memphis soul, with a twist of N’awlins funk.' Like kudzoo vine crisscrossing the Mississippi Delta, Mingo’s tenacious sound infiltrates the musical landscape on a sanctified mission to shake your soul.

Audiences can always expect spontaneity and heart from a Mingo set, where the band intermingles fresh takes on songs from their extensive catalog with their twist on a few select soul standards. “When something feels a little a stale, we'll change up the arrangement to keep it feeling new,” says guitarist and vocalist Roger Blevins, Jr.

While the band's name comes from a crossroads just outside of Denton, TX, Mingo has long since extended its reach onto the national music scene, sharing stages with the likes of Trombone Shorty, Parliament, Sting, Little Feat, Earth Wind & Fire, Robert Randolph, Galactic, and MOFRO.

Beth McKee is a Southern roots rock singer-songwriter and piano player currently based in Central Florida.

Beth McKee has lived through and triumphed over the trials of life, and sings of it all to her audience in a shared but newly-discovered language. Accented by the sounds of Louisiana and the blues, R&B and the swamp, her voice reaches audiences from all backgrounds and times, yet always in the same places in the soul.

New Orleans Offbeat Magazine describes Beth McKee 'Like Bonnie Raitt with less of the over-polish, Lucinda Williams with her act more together. Maybe Dusty Springfield if she had a weekly honky tonk gig.'
