Downtown Blacksburg, Inc. presents the Downtown Blacksburg Halloween Happenings on Halloween, Monday, October 31, 2016 from 4-6:30 pm. Schedule: • 4:00-6:00 pm - Trick-or-Treating at participating downtown businesses between Eheart Street and Faculty Street • 5:30-6:00 pm - Costume Contest at The Lyric Bring the kids downtown for the best Trick or Treat around including fun activities and the ever popular costume contest at the Lyric Theatre. The Fun activities will also include fun on College Avenue with Downtown Blacksburg, Inc. and Blacksburg Police Department. The costume contest features four ages groups: 0-3, 4-6, 7-9 and 10-12. All participants will receive a Halloween goodie bag from Downtown Blacksburg, Inc. Prizes for group winners provided by downtown businesses. Suitable for ages 0-12.
