Sound Therapy Concert:

Date: July 24, 2016
Time: 2:00 - 3:00 PM
Venue: Eucalyptus Massage Therapy
Description: Eucalyptus Massage Therapy presents a Sound Therapy Concert with Sound Practitioner BreAnna Martin featuring Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks and Voice on Sunday, July 24, 2016 from 2-3 pm.

Spend an hour resetting your body, mind, and spirit with the relaxing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gong, and the human voice.

The singing bowls create a pulse that entrains the brain waves into a meditative state, allowing the body to release stress and heal itself. The tuning forks are used to retune the nervous system and prompt the release of nitric oxide, an important process that can be interrupted by stress. The human voice is a powerful healing tool which can be directed with intention to restore the natural frequencies of the body.

This therapy may help relieve the symptoms of anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, and other stress related issues. It may also help with pain, auto-immune disorders, and chronic illness.
