Description: Beliveau Estate Winery presents their 3rd Annual Dine with the Vines 5-Course Dinner on Sunday, July 31, 2016.

Join us for an evening filled with delicious food, great wine, magical scenery and good company while dining amongst the vines prepared by our own Chef Makayla. The dinner will be served outside at an elegant table in the vineyard surrounded by the beautiful mountain scenery of the estate.

Dinner guests will also be able to try our first dessert wine, Serenity, as well as our never been released Acapella 2012.

• 7:00 pm - Dinner Served

Dinner Menu:
• First Course: Charcuterie Plate; paired with Acapella 2012

• Second Course: Spiced Peach Gazpacho; paired with Pristine 2013

• Third Course: Ginger and Hoisin Marinated Duck Breast, with roasted fresh vegetables and fried rice cakes; paired with Portal 2013

• Fourth Course: Honey Drizzled Stewed Plums, with mascarpone; paired with Summer Rose 2015

• Fifth Course: Bumble-berry Tart, with spiced pecan crust and hazelnut chocolate mousse; paired with Serenity 2013
