The Shawsville Ruritan Club presents the 39th Annual Shawsville July 4th Celebration at Shawsville Middle School on Monday, July 4, 2016. The festivities begin with the July 4th Parade starting at 5 pm followed by festivities on the football field and wrapping up with fireworks at dark courtesy of Sisson & Ryan. The parade features the World Famous Shawsville Ruritan Club Marching Kazoo Band, Parade Float Contest, Bicycle Decorating Contest and more. The parade finishes at the Shawsville Middle School football field. Other activities include: • Bluegrass Music • Kids Games • Auction • Raffles • Food & Drinks • Vendors • Fireworks at dusk and more fun for whole family! This is the major fundraiser for the Shawsville Ruritan Club. All money raised will be spent on their community projects including scholarships for the East Mont High School graduates.
