YMCA at Virginia Tech presents a Three Week Understanding Your Dreams Class starting on Tuesday, July 19, 2016. This class will teach you how to keep a dream journal and use it to understand your own dreams. Dream dictionaries use a one-size-fits-all approach but in this class, you will learn how to develop the elements of your dreams in a way that is unique to your own experience. For those 18+ years old. This class will meet for three weeks, on Tuesdays from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM, beginning on July 19, 2016.
