YMCA at Virginia Tech presents a Four Week Advanced Art Journaling Class starting on Tuesday, July 12, 2016. Students will spend each week learning new methods to use in their art journals! These include exploratory art forms such as marbleizing paper, creating your own Citra Solv art paper, sun printing, screen printing, designing roller stamps and creating accordion pull-outs. Students will be encouraged to explore and experiment by working to utilize what they already know of art journaling while expanding their skills and creativity. The class will meet for four weeks on Tuesdays from 5:00-7:00 PM, starting July 12, 2016. For those 13+ years old.
