The Newport Jamboree presents their August Jamboree featuring the music of Smart Mouth and Scott Fore on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the Newport Community Park. Smart Mouth is a band comprised of Blacksburg musicians that plays Americana and folk music. An up and coming band with plenty of solid musicianship and beautiful harmonies to captivate patrons for an evening of fun listening. He is also the Doc Watson guitar champion and the Wayne Henderson Champion of Champions. He has also has published a popular instructional book on flatpicking.
