Hahn Horticulture Garden at Virginia Tech presents Lavender 101 with Ellen Reynolds from Beagle Ridge Herb Farm on Saturday, April 2, 2016. Have you tried to grow lavender but killed it instead. Let us take the mystery out of lavender and show you our tips and tricks to growing Lavender in Southwest Virginia. Plants will be available for sale. Also consider the following program: Cooking with Lavender on the same day from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm. A $5 discount off of total will be applied if attending both lavender programs. Note: You must pre-register by Friday, April 1, 2016 by emailing vtgarden@vt.edu. The workshop limited to 30 participants.
