Description: Pearisburg Farm to Fork and the Inn at Riverbend present the Regional Food and Red Wine Pairing on Thursday, December 10, 2015.

If it grows together, it goes together is just one of the rules participants will learn when they take this unique regional wine and food pairing class. Charles Lytton and guest speakers will provide a profile of three hand-selected red Virginia artisan wines paired with three small plates.

Guests will enjoy a fine dining presentation at a shared table, a discussion hosted by one of our friendly wine experts, and a relaxing, fun and unforgettable wine experience while seated next to the 15-foot Christmas tree at the Inn.

Chef Kate Dinger of the FarmTable and Charles Lytton have selected a menu of Pinot Noir served with Salmon cake over baby arugula; Merlot served with a braised short rib: and Primitivo served with cheesecake and a stone fruit compote.
