The Radford University Small Business Development Center (RUSBDC) presents the free workshop "Team Performance - Mastering the Business of People in Your Business" on Thursday, December 3, 2015. What makes a team high performing? This workshop looks at the keys to generate high engagement and team performance. Upon completing the class, you will have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one appointment with a professional business counselor in our office. The speaker is Robin Weeks a leadership coach and founder of My Pivotal Point. She is co-founder of A New Start-Up as well as a personality expert and small business counselor. This is the fourth seminar in a series of seminars on how to master the business of the people in your business. Admission is free however pre-registration is required.
