Description: Chateau Morrisette presents their New Year's Eve Chef's Dinner on Thursday, December 31, 2015.

Spend the last evening of 2015 with us and Chef Cooper Brunk! There are two seatings available for your New Year's Eve Chef's Dinner, one at 5:00 pm and one at 7:30 pm.

The meal is $95 per person and includes welcome Star Dog reception in the lobby, a five course meal presented by Chef Cooper Brunk, a wine pairing with each course selected by our Winemaker and all taxes and gratuities.

Reservations and pre-payment are required. Must call 540-593-2865 to reserve. Seating is limited to make for a more intimate gathering.

New Years Eve Dinner Menu:

• First Course:
• Star Dog poached Prawns, Red Beet Risotto Arancini, Fresh local Chevre, Basil Essence

• Second Course:
• Fresh Squid Ink Pasta, Sea Urchin Roe Cream, Golden trout Roe, Micro Arugula

• Third Course:
• Border Springs Lamb Carpaccio, Saffron Poached Turnip, Fennel Pollen, Micro Greens, Citrus oil

• Fourth Course:
• Braised Local Veal Cheeks, Truffled Parsnip Puree, Caramelized leeks, Preserved Tomato, Braise Reduction

• Fifth Course:
• White Chocolate Mocha Mousse, Salted Caramel, Chestnut Cream, Wafer Cookies

The restaurant is open for regular lunch service from 11 am - 2 pm. The Winery is open from 10 am - 5 pm.
