The New River Community College Black History Committee presents the program poet and writer Nikki Giovanni with "Chasing Utopia" on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at Edwards Hall room 117. Nikki Giovanni will speak on the theme "Chasing Utopia." This event will also include gospel music and other presentations. Acapella group The Glorylanders of the New River Valley and singer Serena Shawn Moore will provide musical entertainment. Sponsored by the NRCC Black History Committee.
