Downtown Blacksburg, Inc. presents 2015 Winter Lights Festival on Friday, December 4, 2015 in various locations in downtown Blacksburg, VA. The Winter Lights Festival features the annual Holiday Parade, Tree Lighting Ceremony, Santa at the Lyric, and so much more! Schedule: • 4:00 pm - Pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus at The Lyric (bring your own camera) • 4:00-8:00 pm - Downtown Merchants annual Open Houses- 4-8pm, late night shopping, free gift wrap, snacks and beverages, holiday specials. • 4:00-7:00 pm - Holiday Market- College Avenue • 4:00-8:00 pm - Art Walk • 4:15 pm - Blacksburg Children’s Chorale sing in Kent Square • 5:00 pm - Blacksburg Children’s Chorale sing on Henderson Lawn Stage • 5:00-7:00 pm - Kick off the Voting with "Cookies & Candy Canes” compliments of our participating tree "artistes" in Kent Square lobby.
