The Floyd Country Store presents The Floyd Radio Show - May Edition and Season Finale on Saturday, May 7, 2016. Come celebrate the end of our 5th season of the Floyd Radio Show. It will be our incredible hosts Elizabeth LaPrelle and Anna Roberts-Gevalt’s last show. Come out and show them how much we appreciate their work over the past 5 years! With special guests Paul Brown & His Piedmont Pals and Jesse Milnes & Emily Miller! The show will be followed by a celebration / party /hootenany at the store! Bring your instruments. Hosts Anna Roberts-Gevalt and Elizabeth LaPrelle bring together a new variety show performed live every month from September to May. They write and perform original radio plays, comedy bits, ads, jingles, music and more. Each show features three of the area’s finest old-timey musical acts, from storytelling banjo players to flatpicking guitarists to hard-driving string bands.
