Rising Silo Farm Brewery presents Ale Virginny Release & Farm Chili Shindig on Saturday, October 3, 2015. We're throwing a Saturday shindig at the farm brewery! Join us for a special beer release party for the Ale Virginny featuring all-Virginia ingredients. The Ale Virginny is the first batch in our quest to create the quintessential farm beer, a yearly series we're calling "I Buried a Beer in Virginia". A hearty and delicious dinner will be available by cash donation, limited quantities available. Several chili pots will be simmering, featuring a synergy of veggies, chicken, pork and beef from your favorite local farmers. To top it all off we will have the delightful tunes of our friends Mist on the Mountain, an Irish Trad group of the New River Valley that can't be stopped!
