The Pearisburg Farm to Fork program presents Cast Iron Cooking on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at the Pearisburg Community Center from 3-6 pm. Cast iron cookware lends a certain rustic American charm to dishes. Join instructors Jeff Dinger and Mark Allamong and learn to cook selected dishes using America’s favorite cookware. Participants will taste the results! Participants must enroll by September 5th. The class is $25 per person.
