Valley Systema presents an Introduction to Systema Seminar (Russian Martial Arts) at Fieldstone United Methodist Church on Saturday, September 19, 2015. Valley Systema is launching a new Systema class in Christiansburg, VA! To celebrate, we are offering a three hour introductory class for anyone interested in learning more about Systema, Russian martial arts, and gaining some valuable self-defense skills. This seminar is suitable for men and women ages 13 and above. We encourage you to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. The cost is only $10, which will be donated to the church's food pantry, or an equivalent amount in non-perishable foods. Payment is expected during the check-in process at the beginning of the seminar. There are a limited number of spaces available in this class. If the class fills and you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please email tiffany@valleysystema.com, and we will notify you if a space becomes available. You do not need to attend this seminar to take part in our regular classes.
