Downtown Blacksburg, Inc. and Up on the Roof invite you to the Party on the Promenade: A Downtown Tailgate for the Ohio State vs. Virginia Tech football game on Monday, September 7, 2015. This event will take place on College Avenue Promenade in downtown Blacksburg, VA and will feature live music by Train Wreck, a performance by the Blue Ridge Mountain Cloggers, a beer and wine garden, activities for the kids and pre-game fun.
