Balance Health and Fitness will be hosting the 1st annual Yogathon, Saturday, September 26, 2016 at 218 West Main Street in Salem, Virginia. Yoga sessions, led by local yoga studios, will be held all day, 7:30 am – 7:00 pm with all proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society. This FREE event will host a variety of bands playing throughout the day, food concessions, local vendors, as well as activities for the whole family like Tie Dye and Henna Tattoos. In lieu of registration fees for the yoga sessions, donations will be accepted. Participants are encouraged to create teams, gain sponsorship's and come ready for a fun day of yoga.
