The Radford Parks and Recreation Department presents their annual Free Concert Series featuring “Forbidden Broadway” a preview by members of the band New River Valley Summer Musical Enterprise on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Bisset Park. New River Valley Summer Musical Enterprise strives to bring quality musical theatre to the New River Valley utilizing one of the area's finest resources: its people.
