Join Historic Smithfield Plantation at their Memorial Day Observance "Flags and Flowers" on Monday, May 25th. Join us for a low key observance of Memorial Day at the Preston Family Cemetery off Southgate Drive (look for signs just west of the intersection with Duckpond Drive). After brief remarks, the public is invited to place flags and flowers (provided) on the graves of veterans.
