The Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts presents a concert featuring the Virginia Tech Symphonic Wind Ensemble with the Blacksburg High School Symphonic Band on Monday, April 6, 2015 at the Moss Arts Center at Virginia Tech. The Blacksburg High School Symphonic Band, under the direction of Darrell Pearman, will perform the first half of the concert. The Symphonic Wind Ensemble will perform the second half of the concert, titled "Czech Masters," and will feature all music from Czechoslovakian composers. The Ensemble will be joined by many of the applied wind and brass faculty of Virginia Tech.
