The Town of Blacksburg and the Blacksburg Rec Department presents their Annual Halloween Carnival on Friday, October 31st at the Blacksburg Community Center. This annual event is a fun and safe observance of Halloween. There will be carnival games, candy, prizes and a special guest. This event is for preschool and elementary aged goblins only.
