The Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts Department of Music presents Ragtime Music from the Percussion Ensemble on Friday, October 17, 2014 on the Henderson Lawn in downtown Blacksburg, VA. The members of the Virginia Tech Percussion Ensemble present a variety of ragtime xylophone solos with marimba band accompaniment composed by the great vaudeville musicians of the 1920s, George Hamilton Green and Red Norvo-- an event the whole family will enjoy!
