The Price House Nature Centers presents their Family Saturdays featuring Danny's Scales, Tails & Claws and Plastic Bottle Terrariums on Saturday, October 25th. Visitors will be able to make plastic bottle terrariums and enjoy the animals from Danny's Scales, Tails & Claws. Spot the Savannah monitor, Toto the sulcata tortoise, Eldridge the white’s tree frog, and his yet-to-be-named Mexican red knee tarantula. Birds are nesting, frogs and toads have returned to the pond, bee and butterfly garden is growing, and we are finding salamanders and all kinds of other creatures crawling and tunneling about. Limited parking is available in the Nature Center Driveway, on Wharton Street, and within two short blocks on Clay Street at spout spring parking strip and along Church Street in the public parking lot.
