The NRV Master Gardeners will host the 3rd Annual Plant Sale at the Montgomery County Government Center in Christiansburg, VA. There will be annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs and grasses. Local Gardening businesses have donated plants for the sale along with plants grown by the Master Gardeners. Experts will be on site to give advice about the plants. Ask a question at our Plant Clinic tent and win free seeds. Also, a limited number of rain barrels will be available for purchase along with information about installation. Join us rain or shine for this exciting event. Proceeds will benefit our local school and community grants program. The NRV Master Gardener program provides service to the community by promoting good horticultural practices in accordance with standards approved by the Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE) and its Master Gardener Program, and to foster communication, education, and fellowship among its members.
