Scotty Vernon's travel and experiences have been invaluable in shaping his unique style and identity as an artist. Scotty is extremely grateful and appreciative to those who have personally trained and influenced the direction his musical journey has taken. These artists include pioneers such as Ricky Scaggs & Don Potter.
Scotty was born and raised in Ohio. He received his first guitar at the age of 9, and instantly his passion for music was ignited. He found that writing music was an incredible avenue of personal expression.
