SustainFloyd presents Butterfly Gardens for Floyd County on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at the Jessie Peterman Library.

We are celebrating the launch of Butterfly Gardens with Floyd Native Plants. Please join us to hear from butterfly enthusiast and author of this amazing guide, Katy Morikawa. Learn about Floyd's butterflies, the plants that support them, and tips for designing and building a butterfly garden.

There will be light refreshments, Q&A and an opportunity to pick up a copy of the new Butterfly Guide!

The Jessie Peterman Library is located at 321 West Main Street in Floyd, VA.
