The Good Neighbor Market presents their 1st Market on Friday, June 26, 2026 at the Dublin Town Center.

Join the inaugural Good Neighbor Market with 25+ local vendors including homemade items, unique crafts, dirty sodas, BBQ, fresh produce, baked goods & more, live acoustic music from Kelsi Breann, wine tasting with Iron Heart Winery, kid friendly activities & play areas and food truck. Additionally, the Antique Shed will be open during market hours.

Kelsi Breann is a small town girl, musician and singer from Draper, VA known for her unique blend of music. Drawing inspiration from artists such as Gabby Barrett, Megan Moroney, Kelsea Ballerini, and Kasey Musgraves, Kelsi has developed her own distinct sound that captures hearts and resonates with audiences.

Born with a natural talent for music, Kelsi has been singing and playing instruments her entire life. Her passion for music has always been her driving force, and it shows through her heartfelt performances. With her soulful voice and skillful guitar playing, she effortlessly transports listeners to a world of emotions with each and every note.

Currently, Kelsi Breann is working on a number of exciting projects that showcase her growth and evolution as an artist. She enjoys covering songs that blend her love for folk, pop, and country, resulting in an authentic and captivating sound that sets her apart from the crowd. The Good Neighbor Market is a curated, community-focused market supporting local farmers, markers and small businesses. The market will be held the last Friday of each month. Sponsored by the Town of Dublin, New River Community College, Rock House Marina and Iron Heart Winery.
