Instill Mindfulness presents "Resonant Earth", a Dance Performance with Sound Bath on Monday, June 15, 2026 at Warren G. Lineberry Memorial Park in Floyd, VA.

Join us for a unique evening of creativity, movement, and mindfulness in nature.

Experience a solo dance improvisation by Katie Wells accompanied by a live sound bath from Justin Grimes titled "Resonant Earth". Together, movement and sound create a space for reflection, presence, and connection with the natural world around us.

“Resonant Earth” is a performance of dance and sound with Katie Wells and Justin Grimes. Enjoy a meditative, sensorial journey in the field at Warren G. Lineberry Park, while you rest on your blanket or chair.

Admission is free.

Guests should bring a blanket or chair.

Take a pause from the busyness of daily life and enjoy this special artistic experience in the heart of our community.

Presented by Instill Mindfulness and funded by the Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond.
