The Town of Pearisburg continues their 2026 Summer Community Series with a Community Walk on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at the Pearisburg Community Center.

Join us for the first-ever Pearisburg Together Community Walk! Pearisburg Town Manager Adam Poser and Recreation Director Scottie Potter invite residents to take part in a one-mile community walk through beautiful Pearisburg Town Park. The walk will start and finish at the King Johnston Community Center.

Along the way, we’ll talk about the future of our parks, recreational programming, and ideas for long-term planning and improvements across the Town’s recreation system.

This is a great opportunity to get outside, enjoy the morning, share your ideas, and help shape the future of recreation in Pearisburg.

Everyone is welcome whether you’re a regular park user or simply interested in the future of our community.

The Pearisburg Community & Recreation Center is located at 1410 Wenonah Avenue in Pearisburg, VA.
