The Blacksburg Library presents Free Educational Workshop titled "Growing Medicinal Herbs" on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

The popularity of medicinal plants is on the rise, but how do you get the most out of your efforts? In this class, we'll cover the types of medicinal plants that will thrive in our area, the ins and outs of optimizing harvests, and dive into some fascinating botanical history and lore.

Learn about the enduring relationship between people, plants, and places as we explore ways to cultivate healthy, and healthful plants.
