Virginia Tech presents the 2019 Virginia Tech Homecoming Parade on Saturday, October 19, 2019 along Main Street in downtown Blacksburg, VA.

Join the Homecoming Board and Homecoming Court for the annual Homecoming parade from Eheart Street to Alumni Mall. This year's parade will feature grand marshal current Pittsburgh Steeler and former Hokie football player Terrell Edmunds. Featuring performances by the Highty-Tighties, the Marching Virginians and the VT Spirit Squads including the HokieBird.

See Downtown Blacksburg erupt in spirit as Virginia Tech hosts its annual Homecoming Parade! Filled with floats, music, and Hokies, this event is the perfect way to begin your journey to the football game!

Prizes will be awarded for best float and banner.

The parade route will start on South Main Street into downtown Blacksburg with staging at the old Middle School property. The parade then turns left onto Alumni Mall on the Virginia Tech campus, and at end at the top of Drillfield Drive.

All are welcome and admission is free.

All organizations and local businesses are welcome to participate. Registration closes on Friday, October 4th at 5:00 pm.
