Description:
The Hahn Horticulture Garden at Virginia Tech continues their Learn at Lunch Walks and Talks series with "Body-friendly Gardening Techniques" with Carol Beliveau on Wednesday, May 3, 2017.

They say the “gardening is good for you.” If you don’t move properly, you can easily hurt yourself! Carol Beliveau and her Trebel Wellness team will discuss and demonstrate ways to protect your body while gardening. They will show proper lifting, bending, functional movements, etc.

Join us for some great tips that will keep you gardening for many years!

All walks and talks are from noon to 1:00 pm on selected Wednesdays. All talks meet at the Peggy Lee Hahn Garden Pavilion.

A parking pass is required for our visitor lot. Be sure to pick up a Visitor's Permit from Parking Services or the Virginia Tech Visitor's Center if attending an event in the garden during weekday business hours (M-F, 8-5).

Admission is free and all are welcome.
