622 North presents a Four Course Whiskey Dinner on Wednesday, January 18, 2017.
Join us for a wonderful night out with delicious food paired with bourbon drinks! Head Chef Katie Shipko has paired up with our bar management to make a night you won't forget. The dinner include a four course meal with an amuse bouche and four paired beverages.
Menu:
• Amuse Bouche:
Seared sea scallop, mushroom duxelle and apple rose hip caviar paried with - Vya Vermouth
• Course One:
Stuffed endives with goat cheese, walnuts, shallot, golden raisins, maple candied bacon, warm smoked cherry vanilla vinaigrette paired with- Woodford Rye, amaro delle sirene, chocolate bitters served chilled.
• Course Two:
Winter Squash and ricotta ravioli, pancaetta, poached pear, bourbon brown sugar cream sauce paired with - Old Forester, fresh lime, homemade fig simple, ginger beer.
• Course Three:
Pecan crusted rabbit, plum, orange and allspice gastrique, brussel sprout leaves, confit turnips, candied carrots and blistered tomato paired with - The Speakeasy Cocktail- homemade plum, black pepper, honey and cardamom shrub paired with honey liqueur and woodford reserve bourbon over hand shaven ice.
• Course Four:
Warm bourbon pecan cake served with a smoked black cherry creme angalise paired with- Woodford Double Oaked served neat.
