We'll be tapping a limited amount of our dark ale More CowBellgian which is
a barrel-aged Belgian Strong Dark Ale made with our own mix of special dark barely and wheat malts. Cyrstal and Amarillo hops join fresh orange zest for a citrus zing. A quite smitten, trappist-like yeast strain and 6 months in a Copper Fox Distillery barrel for whiskey, oak and plum to all!
Tabula Rasa will have the brick-oven fired up and a farm-inspired meal to warm your belly. Available by cash only.
This is a family-friendly occasion. All are welcome!
Admission is free. Tips for the band are appreciated.
